Annabot provides a lead generation and outreach automation platform that enables users to:
- Search for and discover business contact information from publicly available sources
- Generate potential email addresses based on common business email patterns
- Create and manage email outreach campaigns
- Automate lead discovery workflows
3. User Responsibilities and Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to:
3.1 Email Marketing Laws
- CAN-SPAM Act (United States): You must include a valid physical postal address, a clear unsubscribe mechanism, and accurate header information in all commercial emails.
- CASL (Canada): You must obtain express or implied consent before sending commercial electronic messages to Canadian recipients.
- GDPR (European Union): You must have a lawful basis for processing personal data and sending marketing communications to EU residents.
- PECR (United Kingdom): You must comply with UK electronic marketing regulations.
- Any other applicable anti-spam, marketing, or electronic communication laws in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of your recipients.
3.2 Data Protection
When you use our Services to process personal data, you act as an independent data controller as defined under applicable data protection laws. You are responsible for:

You agree NOT to use the Services to:

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Services
- Build a competitive product using our Services or data
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Services or any data obtained through them
- Process sensitive personal data including health information, financial data, or data about minors
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
5. Account Terms
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

- All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms or required by law
- We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
We do not warrant that:
- The Services will meet your specific requirements
- The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Any data or information obtained through the Services will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the Services will be corrected
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANNABOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
- Any content obtained from the Services
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Annabot and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including privacy rights
- Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Services
- Any claims by recipients of your email campaigns
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Breach of these Terms
- Violation of applicable laws
- Receipt of an unusual number of complaints about your campaigns
- Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Annabot operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
